Do I need to set up an appointment for my cat or dog, or can I just walk in with them?

Currently we groom by appointment only, although occasionally we are able to squeeze your four-legged friend in for an appointment on the day of. It’s best to give us a call (281-370-3647) or stop by our boutique for questions concerning any appointment availability. We do not schedule appointments via email.

How much would it cost for my cat or dog to get groomed?

There are many factors that can affect to the price of your cat or dog’s grooming. Among these factors include breed, hair texture, the specified haircut, and even matting. For all questions concerning pricing please give us a call (281-370-3647) or stop by our boutique. At this time, we cannot give price quotes via email.

Can you groom my cat or dog?

Most likely. We bathe, dry, and groom all different breeds of cats and dogs on a daily basis. If you'd like to set up an appointment or want to learn more about what we do in our salon please refer to our Salon webpage.

What extra services do you offer for my dog or cat during their grooming?

Our basic services (bath, expression of anal glands, dry & brush out, nail trimming, and ear cleaning) come as part of the bath + tidy, bath + tidy plus, or groom. The additional services such as nail polish, tooth brushing, or a variety of specialty shampoos that we offer are always available upon request. Find out more on our Services webpage.

My cat or dog is old or gets very scared, are you still able to groom them?

Our resident Dr. Dolittle, Cindy, does amazingly well with many of our senior and shy cats and dogs. When setting up an appointment make sure to let us know any personality or health issues so we can best accommodate you and your four-legged friend.

What if my cat or dog sometimes gets defensive or aggravated?

We can definitely always try! Our salon and boutique has been open for over 9 years and we’ve only had to turn away a handful of dogs. When setting up an appointment make sure to let us know any personality or health issues so we can best accommodate you and your four-legged friend.

How long does it take to complete a bath + tidy, bath + tidy plus, or a groom?

It all depends on the time you drop off your pet, as well as how busy we are on the specific day. When setting up your appointment the receptionist will be able to give you an estimated time frame. If you need your cat or dog completed by a specific time please let us know when setting up the appointment.

Do you offer an express service for my dog or cat?

Yes! We offer a 2-hour express groom, which adds an additional $10 to the groom price. We do not recommend this for new clients. It can be stressful on the dog/cat as it is the first time to our salon, and the dog may not be able to rest in its kennel for more then a few minutes at a time.

 

My dog or cat has fleas, can I still bring them for their appointment?

Bummer, fleas are the worst! You can definitely still bring in your dog or cat! We will give them a Capstar tablet, which will kill all adult fleas on them for 24 hours. The Capstar starts at $10 and will be added in addition to the price of the bath/tidy or groom. We do not administer flea dips.

Do I need an appointment to get my cat or dog’s nail’s trimmed?

Nope! We do ask that you give us a call (281-370-3647) beforehand to make sure that a groomer will be available to clip your dogs nails. The cost is $12 per dog.

Can you special order something for me?

What would you like? As long as we sell it, we can order it for you. It just might take a little while to arrive.

Can you mail me something from your boutique?

Where would you like it mailed? We do charge a small shipping and handling fee to cover our costs.
